AVAILABILITY AND LEASING

Applicants must show income of at least 3.5x the monthly rent.
After you choose your desired floor plan, you'll complete your application online through our secure portal or in the leasing office, submit the necessary fees, and provide any required documentation. PRICING AND FEES
At this time, Canvas at Willow Park does not participate in an affordable housing program.
Yes. A nonrefundable application fee of $125 is required per applicant to process your application, as well as a $250 nonrefundable administrative fee. Contact the leasing office for information on all fees and current specials!

Utilities are billed separately, giving you full control over usage. Residents are required to set up accounts before move-in.
Yes. Each resident must maintain renter’s insurance throughout their lease.

PETS
Absolutely, Canvas at Willow Park is pet-friendly. Dogs and cats are welcome, with some breed restrictions. A one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $500 and a $40 monthly pet rent fee per pet is required. Reach out to the leasing team for more details or if you have any questions.
PARKING
Yes, every home at Canvas at Willow Park has a private, attached 2-car garage at no additional cost. Street parking is also available for guests.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

No, subleasing is not permitted.
You’ll receive a renewal notice 90 days prior to lease expiration. Simply notify us at least 60 days from your if you’d like to renew, and we’ll prepare an updated lease agreement.

Refunds are processed within 30 days after move-out.
